1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StoreBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of StoreBoard for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in StoreBoard
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of StoreBoard, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: StoreBoard is a fitness tracking application and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any exercise program.

You acknowledge that:

  • Physical exercise can be strenuous and may result in injury
  • You should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program
  • You assume all risks associated with your use of StoreBoard and participation in any exercise program
  • StoreBoard is not responsible for any injuries or health problems that may result from your use of the app

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through StoreBoard ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant StoreBoard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on the rights of others
  • Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Contains false or misleading information

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use StoreBoard:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • To collect or harvest information about other users
  • For any commercial purpose without our express written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StoreBoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of StoreBoard at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StoreBoard, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StoreBoard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of StoreBoard or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StoreBoard is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
