FAQs & troubleshooting

Answers to common questions about billing, invites, GPS permissions, photo uploads, and account access.

Account & access

Sign in at mystoreboard.com/login with your work email. Employees use the same credentials on mobile. Forgot password flows send a reset link to your email.

Billing

Only owners and admins access billing. Seat count includes active members and pending invites. Upgrade to AI from billing settings — changes apply immediately through Stripe.

GPS & clock-in issues

  1. Enable location services for StoreBoard in iOS or Android settings.
  2. Confirm you are assigned to the location you are clocking into.
  3. Stand near the store address — GPS accuracy varies indoors.
  4. Retry after toggling airplane mode off if location seems stuck.

Photo upload failures

  1. Check camera permissions for StoreBoard.
  2. Confirm stable Wi-Fi or cellular data.
  3. Reduce photo count if uploading many images at once.
  4. Retry completion — partial uploads do not mark tasks done.

Invite problems

If invites fail due to seat limits, add seats from billing before resending. Expired invites can be revoked and re-sent from Dashboard → Team.
