SMS consent
During onboarding, owners can consent to automated SMS about stock alerts and end-of-day rollups. Team members reply STOP to opt out.
Daily digests
- Each location can send an end-of-day email summary.
- Digest time defaults to 8 PM local time — configurable per location.
- Summaries include task completion, open incidents, and stock alerts.
Push notifications
Employees enable push in the mobile app for task reminders and shift updates. Managers get incident and stock alert pushes in real time.
Tip: Start with daily digests only, then enable SMS for stock if your team responds faster to text.
