Why photo proof
Verbal confirmation fails when you are not on-site. Photo verification creates a timestamped record that a task was done — cooler temps logged, floors mopped, equipment checked.
Enabling photo requirements
- When creating or editing a task template, enable Require photo on completion.
- Employees see a camera prompt when marking the task done.
- They can attach up to 10 photos if multiple angles help.

Reviewing proof
- Managers open Dashboard → Tasks and filter by completion date or location.
- Click a completed task to view photos and completion timestamp.
- Use Overview for a quick pulse on what finished today.
Best practices
Require photos on high-stakes tasks: opens, closes, food safety, equipment checks. Keep optional photos on low-risk recurring items to avoid fatigue.
Tip: Tell your team what a good proof photo looks like — wide shot of the completed work, not a blurry close-up.
