Plans, seats, and billing

Understand Essentials vs AI plans, how seat billing works, and how to manage your subscription from the dashboard.

Two plans

Essentials includes task lists with photo proof, GPS clock-ins, incident reporting, and team management. AI adds Scout assistant, AI task suggestions, incident summaries, and shift insights.

Seat-first billing

  1. Every plan includes 5 seats in the base price.
  2. Each active team member and pending invite counts as one seat.
  3. Add extra seats at checkout or from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  4. Essentials extra seats: $5/month or $50/year each. AI extra seats: $14.99/month or $149.99/year each.

Monthly vs yearly

Yearly billing saves approximately 17% compared to paying monthly. You can switch intervals from billing settings — Stripe handles proration.

Managing your subscription

  1. Only org owners and admins can access billing.
  2. Upgrade from Essentials to AI anytime from billing settings.
  3. Apply promotion codes at checkout if you have one.
